Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the ggc365 platform and accepted these terms.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access ggc365 services, including all transaction records, money balances and related personal information.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or supported cryptocurrency deposited into a member's account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, reward or promotional incentive given by ggc365 to members in accordance with the terms set for each respective offer.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total cumulative bet value that a member must reach before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "ggc365", "we" or "Company" refers to the operator of the ggc365 platform, which operates under international licensing.

The interpretation given to singular terms applies equally to plural terms and vice versa, unless the context requires a different interpretation.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Account Usage and Member Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account. This responsibility covers the following:

• Keeping the account password confidential and not sharing login details with any other party.
• Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware that could compromise account security.
• Updating personal information in the account if any changes occur, particularly the mobile phone number and email address.
• Reporting to ggc365 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Using the ggc365 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to using the platform as a means to process illicit funds, commit payment fraud or carry out any commercial activity without written permission from ggc365.

Members are not permitted to use automated software, bots, data scraping tools or any other technical mechanism to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner. Any breach will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any existing account balance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ggc365 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method selected.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved, depending on the method and processing time of the payment provider.

ggc365 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold if it requires further review for compliance, fraud prevention or identity verification purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you through your registered channel within a reasonable time.

All deposits and withdrawals must go through an account or payment method registered in the member's own name. ggc365 does not accept payments from or to third parties on behalf of members. Failure to comply with this policy may result in account suspension and balance freeze.

Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

ggc365 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified. The specific terms of each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM400 → bonus RM300 → balance RM700 → wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

Bonuses may only be used for placing bets and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value has been fully met.

ggc365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.

Game Rules

All games available on the ggc365 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and arcade games — are subject to the individual game rules set by their respective game providers and the general policies of ggc365.

The results of all games are final and cannot be contested except in cases where a verifiable technical error has occurred. Should a technical disruption occur during a game, ggc365 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available system records.

• The member is found to hold more than one account.
• The member is under 21 years of age or has self-excluded from gambling activity.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, ggc365 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through the activity that breached those terms. Any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the member subject to investigation and ggc365's decision.
